Appearance

The Courage & Conviction Cuvée Cask showcases a rich dark gold hue that immediately captures attention, hinting at the depth and complexity that lies within.

As I poured this whisky, the aroma enveloped me with bold notes of raspberry and dark berry preserves, mingling beautifully with hints of dried orange peel and cherries. The sweet and spicy elements interlaced with subtle touches of wine, creating an inviting and layered bouquet.

Palate
